The email address that you signed up with might not be valid. Sometimes an error occurs when one enters a space before or after your email address or username when logging in.

To upload a picture you can navigate to the aesthetics folder and select the folder you like your picture to be in (you can also add a new album by clicking the plus button, this requires an upgraded membership). Once in the album you can click on the plus button, a window will pop up to prompt you to select the images from your device. Then click upload after selecting the picture(s) you want to upload.

Navigate to aesthetics and to My character album to edit the profile’s default picture or upload a new one. 

You can connect with users by clicking on the connect button on their profile. To initiate a conversation you can use the plotting chat box after they accept your connection to plot. When you are ready you can write chapters that are public or private.

Copy the URL of the YouTube video and paste it into your Stream.

Use your friend’s name with an @ symbol. Your friend will receive an alert when they are mentioned. (ie. @Darius)

Navigate to aesthetics and click on the gear icon to delete albums. You may not delete the 2 default albums on your account. You may only change the visibility settings (public to all, public to connection, private)

You can navigate to your connections tab and click on the character you chose to contact. Once you do you will be able to see all common chapters you have with this character connection, and you will see a pop up chat window. You may use the plotting chat box to plot and plan your writing, and when you are ready you can start a chapter with them. You may hold multiple chapters with the same character, but only one plotting chat box.

Navigate to the character under the connection tab, click on the gear icon next to their name and end connection.

Go to account settings and scroll to the end of the page to find the delete my account button. This will delete all your characters linked to the account. It will result in losing all upgrades purchased and accessories.

Go to account settings locate the character you would like to delete and click on the "x” button on the upper right corner to delete your character.

Images that breach the RPnarrative terms and conditions, and community guidelines will be removed. In general, nudity is not accepted in public published content.

You should disconnect with them and report their activity.

You should report the post by clicking on the gear icon on the upper right corner of their post.

You will need to report the profile form their profile page (the report button is nested in the gear icon on the upper right corner of the name box) You will need to attach a picture of you holding a government-issued ID to verify the claim. After verification appropriate actions will be taken.

Make sure you include evidence to support your claim. After investigation appropriate actions will take place to resolve the violation on our website.

You should change your email and password.

All characters can be upgraded to stream with a special price. This upgrade will be linked to your account, not your character. Meaning if your account has the capacity of 5 or 10 characters all characters will enjoy the benefits of stream upgrades. This also means that if you decide to delete a character, you will not lose the upgrade. That upgrade will still be applicable to the new character you create.

If the upgrade was purchased for that single character, then deleting the character will result in the loss of the purchased upgrade. If the upgrade was purchased to all characters then the upgrade is linked to your account and not the character, anc can be applied to all characters in your account whether new or old.

Yes, when upgrading all characters the upgrade will be linked to your login account and will be applied to any character you create under that account.

The upgrade can be paid with Paypall credit or a working credit or debit card. Navigate to the upgrade window and follow the instructions.

If you delete your account not your character but the full account, your upgrade will be lost and not refunded.

PRnarrative follows a no refund policy when it comes to upgrades, kindly make sure that you are aware of the purchases you are making and read the terms and conditions.
